HEB Grocery Confirms Celina Location — First Store in Collin County North

Texas's beloved grocery chain will anchor a major new mixed-use development at Celina Pkwy and US-380, with a groundbreaking scheduled for August.

HEB confirmed Tuesday that it has signed a lease for a 92,000 square-foot store in Celina, marking the grocery chain's first location in northern Collin County. The store will anchor the new Celina Crossing development at Celina Pkwy and US-380, which will also include restaurants, a fitness center, and approximately 15,000 square feet of retail space. The store is expected to open in spring 2028.
